Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account, subject to meeting all wagering requirements and verification standards. Once your account is closed, you will no longer be able to access the platform or participate in any promotions. Account closure is typically processed within 3-5 business days. If you wish to reopen a closed account, you must contact customer support and may be required to undergo verification procedures again.
